Your shipment is done insured and trackable. If your country is not listed, this is because we cannot guarantee a satisfactory shipment quality for this destination. We ask for your understanding.

The forwarding times (from the date of our dispatch notice) are approx:
– Germany: 1-2 working days
– Europe (mainland): 3-6 working days
– Non-Europe: 5-12 working days

Our target for the dispatch is the working day following your order date. Orders are dispatched on working days only (Monday – Friday, except public holidays). For shipments in Germany we use Deutsche Post. Our international shipment partners are Post.NL and Deutsche Post. The delivery times indicated above are door-to-door deliveries. Generally, your consignment will be delivered by your local postal service. Local pick-up is currently not possible.

We are happy that you order our new products as soon as they are launched. So you can be sure to be among the first to receive them. To avoid any disappointment, all pre-order items are clearly marked with the expected shipping date on the relevant product page in our shop.


If you are not fully satisfied, we promise to fully refund any item that you return to us within 90 days of purchase, if unused and in its original packaging.

1) If you like to return an item, please send us an e-mail to mentioning your order number. For FLECTR.BIKE products purchased from a local retailer or another authorised online shop, please contact the seller. Please do not make a complaint to your bank first. We are here and will help you - as uncomplicated and fast as possible.

2) We will check the return request and inform you where you can send your items back to. Please always place all items in their original packaging and make sure that they are complete.

3) Once we have received your return in proper condition and have checked it, we will send you an email to inform you that we have refunded the purchase price. The reimbursement will be made using your original method of payment.

We aim to process all refunds within 3 working days after we receive your returned items. If more than 7 days have passed – and you have not received a refund – please contact us at Before doing so, please check with your bank to see if the reimbursement has been registered, as sometimes it may take a while to process refunds.
